A vacation or short trip during the off-season on the Baltic Sea is truly enriching. The fascinating winter landscape of the sea on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is particularly captivating for many. In “really chilly” temperatures, ice floes form, sliding over and under each other, the sea presses against them with all its force, and unusual formations break open, creating a spectacular landscape. For more than 100 years, the Baltic Sea’s spa and bathing resorts have been using the ionizing air from the surf zone as a preventative measure. Or are the cranes already here? Every year, up to 70,000 cranes pass by for a rest stop. A breathtaking natural spectacle. And while you’re out and about, everything is close together: beach, dunes, coastal forest, the lagoon, and on the Darß-Fischland-Zingst peninsula, you’ll find many small island villages.

Our hygiene and safety standards
The health of our guests and employees is our top priority. In times of COVID-19, we have invested in the latest hygiene and safety standards and are continually intensifying our measures. Our rooms and suites, bars and restaurants, lounges, sports, pool, and spa areas are subject to our strict hygiene policy; all of our employees carefully adhere to it and receive regular, intensive training. We disinfect all possible contact points several times a day and meticulously ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection. We also consider the environment and strive to minimize our energy consumption and paper and plastic waste. But this shouldn’t be a burden for you either: You can enjoy the usual warm and personal service without any worries.
Owner-managed to this day, continuous investment has been and remains the foundation for the success of this 5-star superior certified hotel. Over the past decades, lasting value has been created, creating reliable jobs for the current 240 employees. Hotelier and entrepreneur Eckehard Adams and his team also assume responsibility for consistently sustainable and environmentally friendly development.
